Throughout the school year, TH Johnson Elementary School received assistant from a local church.
Memorial Baptist Church reached out and “adopted” THJ as a way to show the teachers and staff that they are loved and needed.
Throughout the year they provided THJ employees with food, snacks and gifts.
“It was a tremendous honor and privilege to serve the teachers and staff of TH Johnson this school year,” said Pastor John Woods. “We look forward to continuing our partnership of encouragement in support of teachers and staff for the educational benefit of children at THJ and Taylor.”
