TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

APRIL 8

Mary Williams, 58, of Taylor, at 6:17 p.m., in the 2800 block of E. Fourth St., officers placed Williams under arrest, charging her with driving while intoxicated-with open container, a class B misdemeanor.

APRIL 10

Carlos Villegas, 58, of Taylor, at 1:08 a.m., in the 1100 block of N. Main St., officers placed Villegas under arrest, charging him with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.

Vicente Torres, 24, of Taylor, at 6:17 p.m., in the 900 block of W. Eighth St., officers apprehended Torres, who had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for violation of condition of bond-protective order, a class A misdemeanor.

Ruben Lopez Perez, 50, of Taylor, at 10:50 p.m., in the 200 block of W.

Seventh St., officers placed Lopez Perez under arrest, charging him with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.

APRIL 14

Manuel Marquez, 50, of Taylor, at 11:56 p.m., in the 100 block of Farm to Market 973. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Marquez, who was in violation of a protective order by being in contact with a passenger in the vehicle. Marquez was placed under arrest and charged with violation of protective order, a class A misdemeanor.
