Third Thursday
Every third Thursday of each month, Taylor’s downtown businesses will be open past 5 until 8 p.m. and offer in-store specials, live music, door prizes and other activities. The event is designed to encourage residents to shop locally and become familiar with the shops in the downtown area.
COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines
The Williamson County and Cities Health District will have a walk-in clinic for COVID-19 and flu vaccinations every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Taylor building is located at 115 W. 6th St., one block from Main Street north of downtown Taylor. Chili Supper
Thursday, Jan. 27 — The Taylor Lions Club will host its annual chili. The event will be held at the Taylor SPJST Hall, located at 5025 FM 619. Serving will begin at 5 p.m. and continue to 7 p.m. The event will be drive-thru only. Tickets are available for a $10 donation. A limited number of additional tickets will be available at the door. Potluck
Thursday, Jan. 27 — Grace Place Apartments will host a potluck at noon. The potluck is open to residents and friends.
Northern Sky Star Party
Friday, Feb. 4 — Observe and explore the Wonders of the Northern Sky. People will be seeking out planets and Messier Objects too. The party will be held inside Old Settlers Park behind Lakeview Pavilion near the lake, 1001 Harrell Pkwy in Round Rock.

Souper Bowl
Sunday, Feb. 6 — It is that time for the Hutto Resource Center’s 4th Annual “Souper Bowl” event. There will be a silent auction, bake sale, food, fun and fellowship. Dine-in or drive-thru options available. For more information, call 512-688-0176.

Saturday, Feb. 19 — The 1st Annual Taylor Downtown Chili Invitational will be at Greenhouse Craft Food, 113 W. Second St. in Taylor, from 2 to 8 p.m. There will be live music all day.
