AUG. 12
At 7:56 p.m., officers with the Taylor Police Department responded to a 911 hangup originating from a locale in the 4400 block of Hot Springs Drive. After police arrived, an investigation indicated a 43-year-old Taylor woman physically assaulted and injured a member of the household. The suspect was charged with assault with injury to elderly individual/ family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.
AUG. 13
At 6:04 p.m., local law enforcement received notification a 60-year-old Taylor man who had a city warrant accusing him of forgery, a Class B misdemeanor, was arrested by another agency.
AUG. 14
At 10:46 a.m., police apprehended a 41-yearold Taylor man in the 1400 block of West Second Street on a charge of fraudulent transfer of a motor-vehicle title, a state jail felony.
At 1:55 p.m., officers pulled over a 33-year-old Taylor man in the 400 block of East Fourth Street, then charged him with driving while license invalid, a Class B misdemeanor.
Police responding to a disturbance at 7 p.m. in the 300 block of North Robinson Street said an investigation revealed a 50-year-old Taylor man physically assaulted and injured a member of the household. He was placed under arrest and charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.
AUG. 15
At 1:13 p.m., Taylor police detained a 20-yearold man in the 400 block of Vance Street after learning he had an outstanding warrant out of Round Rock for unlawful carry of a weapon, a Class A misdemeanor.
