AUG. 27
At 10:46 a.m., a 19-yearold Taylor woman surrendered herself to the Williamson County Jail in Georgetown on an outstanding warrant out of Taylor – assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
Taylor Police Department officers at 1:40 p.m. apprehended a 44-year-old woman in the 400 block of Vance Street. She had an outstanding warrant from Round Rock for assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
AUG. 28
At 6:56 p.m., another agency arrested a 32-yearold Taylor man on an outstanding warrant out of Taylor charging him with assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
AUG. 29
At 7:44 p.m. Taylor police arrested a 51-yearold Taylor man in the 2800 block of Zachary Lane and charged him with violation of bond/ protective order, a Class A misdemeanor.
AUG. 31
Taylor police at 11:30 p.m. responded to a report of an injured person in the 200 block of South Main Street.
According to investigators, a 51-year-old Taylor man physically assaulted another person by using several objects as weapons, resulting in severe injuries. The suspected assailant was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. In addition, police said he had methamphetamine and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance over 1 gram, a thirddegree felony.
