OCT. 14
At 5:16 a.m., a 50-year-old woman turned herself in to the Taylor Police Department on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated-second offense, a Class A misdemeanor.
At 8:32 a.m., a 25-year-old Taylor man was arrested by Taylor officers in the 400 block of Vance Street on an outstanding warrant for motion to revoke probation-driving while intoxicated- second offense.
OCT. 15
At 7:15 a.m., officers learned a 63-yearold Taylor man was arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
At 11:34 p.m., officers responding to a call for a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of CR 394 led to the arrest of a 50-year-old Taylor man. He was charged with sexual assault of a child, a seconddegree felony.
OCT. 16
At 6:24 a.m., officers investigated reports a 64-year-old Taylor woman trespassed in the 800 block of Debra Drive after receiving a warning to stay away. The woman also threatened to harm officers due to previous interactions with them, according to police.
After her arrest, she was charged with criminal trespass, a Class B misdemeanor, and retaliation, a third-degree
felony.
OCT. 19
At 7:48 p.m., Taylor police nabbed two men wanted on warrants following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Burkett Street. The 48-year-old driver was named in a Travis County warrant for failure to appear-neglect of a child, a Class A misdemeanor. He got out of the car and ran from police but was captured and earned an additional Class A misdemeanor charge, this time for evading arrest. The 35-yearold passenger stayed in the vehicle but was placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for theft of more than $100, a Class B misdemeanor.
