LETTERS TO THE EDITOR The cost of living
Dear Editor, The cost of living in Taylor is about $48,231. At $9 an hour, a person’s salary is $18,720. At $10 an hour it’s $20,800, and at $11 an hour is $22,880. At my job, our pay is below the annual average income. They are not paying out gross earning, but on taxes the gross earning do not match. Surely that is against the law.
