Blueprint Data Center will continue construction on its future Taylor location soon.
Judge Ryan Larson of the 395th District Court ruled in favor of Blueprint Data Center and dismissed the case entirely. Larson made the judgment that the plaintiffs had no standing.
An appeal has already been filed by the plaintiffs, who said they were "surprised" by the double ruling. More on this story will follow in this weekend's edition.
