Former Cottonwood Properties developer Midway sent a letter to Mayor Mike Snyder along with other council members and the Hutto Economic Development Corp refuting claims Snyder made against the company. Bradley Freels, CEO, clarified some of the obstacles that had delayed the development timeline and said the city has not adhered to the terms of the memorandum of understanding.
