The Granger Lady Lions fell to the Shiner Comanches 3-1 in the area round of the playoffs on Monday, Nov. 3.
The Lady Lions battled hard but dropped the first two sets 25-23 and 25-20. Granger responded with a 25-19 win in the third set before ultimately falling 25-16 in the fourth.
Despite the loss, Granger capped off a remarkable season, finishing 19-9 overall and 9-1 in district play to claim a district championship.
The Lady Lions will look to build on this year’s success as they continue to grow as a program next season.
