Taylor Mayor Dwayne Ariola will not seek reelection in May.
In a social media post, the Mayor decided to not seek another term in public office. The decision comes nearly three weeks after Ariola decided to run for reelection.
Ariola's term will end in May. When his term ends, Ariola will have served nine years.
