Two Taylor children under the age of 2 were found safe in southern Louisiana Wednesday night. Chloe Anderson, 18 months, top, and Clair Anderson, 1 month, above, were located by deputies from the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and are now in the custody of the Louisiana Child Protective Services.
