TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DEC. 9

Officers with the Taylor Police Department pulled over a vehicle at 11:24 p.m. in the 100 block of West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and charged a 45-year-old Taylor man with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor. A second charge was filed — unlawful carrying of a weapon, a Class A misdemeanor — after a firearm was found on the man.

DEC. 13

Taylor police learned at 3:13 a.m. a 24-year-old Taylor man with outstanding warrants from the city for assault with injury and theft was arrested by another agency.

DEC. 14

At 9:47 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of East First Street. After their arrival, a 41-year-old Taylor man reportedly threw a rock at a patrol vehicle. He was charged with criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor.
