TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DEC. 23

A 17-year-old man found by police sleeping outside in the 300 block of East Third Street at 12:37 a.m. had two firearms in his possession.

The teen was charged with unlawful carry of a weapon, a Class A misdemeanor.

During a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. in the 400 block of North Main Street, officers discovered the 46-year-old driver was charged in a warrant with failure to maintain financial responsibility.

The man was placed under arrest and also was charged with driving while license invalidenhanced due to three previous convictions, a Class B misdemeanor.

DEC. 24

At 3:11 a.m., Taylor officers arrested a 41-yearold woman after she was accused of pushing a member of a household in the 900 block of Grand Teton Trail. The woman was charged with assault by contact/family violence, a Class C misdemeanor.

DEC. 25

A 56-year-old Taylor woman, who had an outstanding warrant for fraud, was arrested during a disturbance call at 7:41 p.m. in the 1400 block of Cecilia Street.

She also had methamphetamine and cocaine, so she was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.

DEC. 26

During a disturbance call at 9:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Second Street, officers were told a 30-yearold woman physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. She was charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.

DEC. 27

At 6:50 p.m., a 40-yearold Taylor man wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for bond forfeiture- resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, was taken into custody by Taylor police in the 100 block of Debus Court.

DEC. 28

During a traffic stop at 2:31 a.m. in the 1700 block of Old Thorndale Road, a 55-year-old Taylor woman was found with methamphetamine and fentanyl. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.

A 53-year-old man after being pulled over at 10:09 p.m. in the 100 block of East Seventh Street was placed under arrest after it was discovered he was charged in a warrant with driving while license invalidenhanced.
