MARCH 2
Officers with the Taylor Police Department at 1:30 p.m. arrested a 45-year-old man wanted on warrants from another agency — assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor, and violation of a court order.
MARCH 3
At 5:03 a.m., Taylor police responded to a reported disturbance in the 300 block of East Pecan Street, leading to the arrest of a 35-year-old Taylor man suspected of intentionally damaging property. He was charged with criminal mischief greater than $750, a Class A misdemeanor.
At 5:12 p.m., Taylor police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 700 block of Yosemite Trail. Officers said an 18-year-old Taylor woman is suspected of physically assaulting a member of the household. The teen has been charged with assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
Taylor officers detained a pair of 22-year-old men in the 700 block of South Main Street during a traffic stop at 1 a.m. The driver was charged with driving while intoxicated with open container, a Class B misdemeanor, and the passenger was wanted on a local warrant for failure to appear, a Class C misdemeanor.
At 1:50 p.m., Taylor police followed up on a report of a drunk person in the 1900 block of OLG Cemetery Road. A 42-year-old Taylor man subsequently was charged with public intoxication, a Class C misdemeanor.
MARCH 7
At 8:27 a.m., Taylor police responded to a 911 hangup in the 800 block of Estes Park Road. An investigation indicated a 41-year-old Taylor woman physically assaulted a household member. She was charged with assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
