Taylor High School hosted a powerlifting meet this past Saturday, Jan. 15 at the Taylor HS gym. The meet featured a dozen schools including athletes from Taylor, Thrall and Hutto. The Taylor boys placed 2nd as a team and the Taylor girls finished 3rd overall. The Thrall boys finished 8th as a team and the Tigerette lifters placed sixth.
