Fred Kerley is the fastest man in the world, and he is from Taylor. A mural has been painted on the water tower at 1601 N. Main St. The mural was painted by local artist Adam Davenport. A dedication ceremony will be held Saturday, Feb. 4 at 10 a.m. at the water tower.
