The Taylor Ducks basketball team fell to 3-8 on the season after losses to Rouse, 57-41, on Friday, Nov. 22, and Davenport, 43-40, on Monday, Nov. 25.
The losses mark the Ducks’ third consecutive defeat, during which they have averaged 41 points per game. Senior guard Sophia Fisher has been the team’s top scorer this season, averaging 9.2 points per game.
Sophomore forward Tianna Candee and freshman forward Samantha Schroeder have also been key contributors. Candee ranks second on the team with 8.7 points per game, while Schroeder is close behind with 8.6.
Taylor will look to bounce back after Thanksgiving break with two road games. The Ducks face Westlake on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 7:30 p.m. and McCallum on Friday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m.
