With Taylor’s economic star shining so brightly, Mayor Brandt Rydell’s hands are pretty full these days, so he’s taking a popular ghost-tour that he has led for years off his plate. Rydell, who is also the vice president of the Taylor Conservation and Heritage Society, and who has spearheaded the Haunted Taylor: History, Mystery, and Murder Tour since 2016, will be handing off the responsibility to other society members for this year’s fundraiser. 09/03/2022 07:36 AM

HUTTO – Another major technology project is in the works for the coveted Hutto mega-site. Dallas-based Skybox Datacenters and its partner, San Francisco-based Prologis Inc., have purchased over 220 acres from the city of Hutto, where they plan to build a world-class campus of data centers. St. Mary’s Catholic to host fall festival Sept.11
St. Mary’s Catholic School will host their 88th Annual Homecoming Celebration from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022 at St. Mary’s Parish and on school grounds to raise funds for the parish. The event will feature live music, concessions, a raffle drawing, games, as well as a silent and live auction.
