Lions walk it off in season finale
GRANGER – On Tuesday, April 25, the Granger Lions took on the Holland Hornets in a back-and-forth contest that came down to the wire with the Lions coming out on top. The Granger Lions senior Nate Tucker smacked a ball over the fence to give the Lions a 11-10 victory over the Holland Hornets in the final game of the season. 04/29/2023 06:50 AM

Ducks record shutout in season finale
After securing the district title, the Taylor Ducks welcomed the Manor New Tech Titans to Krueger Field Tuesday, April 25 to close out the season in a five-inning game. Hippos pick up back-to-back wins against Bulldawgs
HUTTO – District wins are very important to teams this late in the season, and the Hutto Hippos just picked up back-to-back wins to help distance themselves in the district standings. Tigerettes rally past Thorndale
THRALL – Sometimes, one seemingly small mistake, can have big consequences. Tuesday night, the Thorndale Lady Dogs committed just one error, but it proved very costly as the Thrall Tigerettes (12-13-2 overall, 6-6 District 27-2A) scored four runs on that one error and rallied past the Lady Dogs 8-6. 04/15/2023 07:00 AM

Hall leads Lions past Tigers
GRANGER – Thomas Hall’s walk-off single to left in the bottom of the seventh inning gave the Granger Lions (10-9 overall, 7-4 District 27-2A) a 4-3 win over the Thrall Tigers (14-7, 6-5) Tuesday night. Ducks trample Buffaloes in extra innings

Speedy Ducks grab district titles
The Taylor Ducks boys and girls track team competed at the District 22-4A Track Meet at Taylor High School and they walked away with a couple of district championship wins. The Taylor Area Baseball and Softball (TABS) 6U Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Chicago White Sox last Saturday, April 1, with a 25-11 victory.
