FLAG DAY AT CEMETERY
Evelyn Dhrain and Lena Ging plant flags at Mager Cemetery south of Beyersville June 11 ahead of Flag Day, June 13. Herman’s Son Lodge in Coupland and some family members spent the morning dressing up the cemetery. Members placed small U.S. flags on each grave. Tax office closed through July 4
Residents in need of a tax office may need to drive a little further or go online this week. The Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector has closed the Taylor Tax Office location, 412 Vance Street, through Monday, July 4.
