Gladys Sophie (Gorubec) Parker entered eternal rest March 15, 2024. She was born Dec. 2, 1934 on the family farm in Granger.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. with Rosary at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 20 at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos Parker Blvd. NW in Taylor. A funeral service will be held March 21, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 408 Washburn St. in Taylor, followed by interment at Cook-Walden-Capital Parks Cemetery.
