Charles Fred Richter, 90, of Thrall, Texas, died Jan. 13, 2025. A visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos G. Parker Blvd N.W. in Taylor, Texas. A funeral service is 2 p.m. Jan. 16 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 101 N. 3rd St., Thorndale, with burial following in the church cemetery.
