Patsy was born Sept. 24, 1934, in Taylor, Texas, and had been a resident of Alvin for more than 35 years. Patsy was a very easy-going person and a devoted mother and grandmother.

She enjoyed traveling and old country music, making flower arrangements, collecting art and framing, painting, and loved collecting antiques. Patsy is preceded in death by her father Donald Talley, mother Edna Mae Frith, and stepfather Floyd Frith.

Patsy is survived by her children Gary Frase and wife Lisa of Friendswood, and their kids Christopher and Stephanie; Deborah Armstrong and husband Kenneth of Conroe, and their children Brittany and Lauren, their grandchildren Violette and Alexis; and son David Frase of Alvin.
