He was born on Aug. 29, 1949, in Charleston, WV, to Harold B. Eskew, Sr. and Freda DeBord Eskew.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. His body will be interred at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
