Thrall Superintendent Tommy Hooker welcomes guests Precinct 4 Commissioner Russ Boles, Williamson County Judge Steven Snell and his wife Amy and congressional aide Harold Glasscock to the dedication of Thrall’s new elementary school. “I spent 31 years in education and new school dedications never get old.
