A semiconductor industry innovator is coming to Hutto.
Advanced Semiconductor Materials Lithography, or ASML, is going to be the first tenant in a new four-story office and retail structure in the Hutto Co-Op District. The announcement was made on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
"We are extremely excited to welcome ASML to the city of Hutto and the Hutto Co-Op District," said Mike Snyder, Mayor of Hutto. "This is a great complement to the Prologis and Skybox Data Center Campus, spanning over 220 acres, and the new Tesla industrial building covering 35,000 square feet. We are a growing community with 54 languages spoken, and the diversity of career opportunities, people and cultures in Hutto has helped make this a highly desirable location for companies seeking to establish a footprint or expand their operations to Central Texas."
ASML is a global innovator in the semiconductor industry that provides chipmakers with everything they need to produce mass patterns through lithography. The Netherlands-based company has five offices in the U.S. - Wilton, Connecticut; Chandler, Arizona; Hillsboro, Oregon; Silicon Valley, California; and San Diego, California - with a sixth location to be in Hutto.
