The city of Taylor recently promoted four of its employees to other positions.
Tyler Bybee, Jerrod Kingery, Betsy Schultz and Daniel Seguin all received promotions. Here's a breakdown of their new positions:
• Bybee has been promoted to Interim Assistant City Manager. He has most recently served
as Managing Director of Community Services and Parks and Recreation Director.
• Seguin has been promoted to Interim Executive Director of Community Services. He most
recently served as Director of Communications.
• Schultz has been promoted to Interim Parks and Recreation Director. She most recently
served as Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation.
• Kingery has been promoted to Communications Manager. He most recently served as
Communications Specialist.
“These promotions reflect the strength, talent, and leadership we have within our organization,” said
Brian LaBorde, City Manager. “Each of these individuals has demonstrated a strong commitment to
public service and to the Taylor community. Their experience and dedication will help us continue
delivering high-quality services and advancing the city’s priorities."
