Improvements to a road near Thrall will begin soon.
A groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, at the intersection of North Barker Street and CR 434 north of Thrall. Williamson County Precinct 4 Commissioner Russ Boles is conducting the ceremony.
