Five city of Taylor employees received internal promotions, including three who served as interims in those spots.
Tyler Bybee and LaShon Gros were both promoted to Assistant City Manager, while Daniel Seguin is now the Executive Director of Community Services after serving in that position on an interim basis. Bybee and Betsy Schultz (Parks and Recreation Director) also had interim tags lifted off of their positions of promotion.
Fittingly, Bybee previously served as Parks and Rec Director before earning the interim and promotion to his current spot. Gros and Seguin were previously the city's Managing Director of Administrative Services and Director of Communications, respectively.
Also earning a promotion was Ruby Fisher. She was promoted from Special Events Coordinator to Main Street Manager.
