Jacquelyn Bellard is the new executive director of special education for the Taylor Independent School District, officials announced.
Bellard has more than 20 years of teaching experience, seven of those in special education leadership, Taylor ISD said in a statement.
'We are excited to welcome Jacquelyn to Taylor ISD,' said Superintendent Jennifer Garcia-Edwards in the release. 'Her experience, passion for student success and commitment to building strong relationships will be a tremendous asset to our students, families and staff. We look forward to the leadership she will bring to our special education department.'
Bellard will start ahead of the 2026-27 school year.
