TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

JULY 14

At 8:27 p.m., Taylor Police Department officers arrested a 47-yearold man and charged him with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor.

JULY 15

At 8:06 p.m., officers with the Taylor Police Department responded to a report of an intoxicated man in the 100 block of West Lake Drive. Officers detained a 54-year-old male and also charged him with resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, after police said he attempted to keep them from taking him into custody.
