At 9:01 p.m., a 44-year-old man was pulled over in the 700 block of T.H. Johnson Drive and charged with driving while intoxicatedthird offense or more, a thirddegree felony.

At 1:36 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance at Second Street Station, 201 N. Main St. An investigation indicated a 22-year-old woman physically assaulted another person with a pool stick, causing injury. The woman was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
