Adilene Saunders, a fourth grader at Thrall Elementary, gets a surprise visit during lunch from her father, Air Force Technical Sergeant Caleb Saunders, who returned home for a weekend visit during his year-long deployment. He also surprised his thirdgrade daughter, Gracelynn, and Jolene who is in kindergarten. “It was amazing,” Rachel Saunders said. “You could see how much they missed their daddy just by their hugs.” Caleb and Rachel also have two younger children, Brantley and Makenna.
