A local organization will honor the community during Black History Month.
The Dickey Museum & Multipurpose Center, in partnership with Blackshear/O.L.
Price Ex-Students Association, will host their annual Black History Month banquet Saturday, Feb. 3, at the Taylor Main Street Event Center, 3101 N.
Main St.
The event will honor excellence in the community through a scholarship, awards, fellowship, music and a soul food dinner.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 to 16.
Cultural attire is encouraged.
