Blackland Prairie Days is a thing of the past as the annual event has been rebranded to fit the culture of its namesake.
Taylor Fest will be held Saturday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Heritage Square.
Ruby Fisher, special events organizer for the city of Taylor, said organizers wanted to make sure residents’ favorite part of the spring festival remained in place this year.
