The Texas Music Incubator Rebate Program will begin accepting applications for Fiscal Year 2024 9 a.m. Sept. 1.
The program, administered by the Texas Music Office, provides qualifying Texas music venues and festival promoters a full or partial rebate of the mixed beverage gross receipts taxes or sales taxes attributable to the sale of beer and wine in the prior fiscal year of up to $100,000.
TMO has $20.2 million in program funding approved for the biennium in the 88th Legislative Session.
Applications close Nov. 30.
