Taylor cheerleaders prepare for state competition

A previous version of this article incorrectly states the team will participate in the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida. The team actually is heading to the National Cheerleaders Association All-Star National Championship Feb. 28-March 2 in Dallas.

Tumbling for the team

Before they head off to compete against teams from across the state and the nation, the Taylor High School cheerleaders shared two routines with the community at the high school’s gym Monday, Jan. 13.

The exhibition night featured the team’s routines for the University Interscholastic League and the National High School Cheerleading Championship.
