BACKPACK MEALS DONATED
Monica von Waaden, of Hope4Austin, is partnering with Taylor ISD Family Services, Sodexo and Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry & Ministries to supply food for the district’s weekend backpack meal program. Art wranglers
Rylan West, a Thrall High School sophomore, earned overall grand champion at Rodeo Austin’s Youth Art Show on Feb. 11 at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. Rylan’s digital Photoshop composition of a bronc rider competed against 250 entries from across Texas to win grand champion honors.
