Hutto hosts football and volleyball camps
HUTTO – Hippos youth football and Lady Hippos youth volleyball both hosted camps this week as Hutto Independent School district will transition from summer into the fall sports season. Pay raise, ETJ fire service, developments on council agenda
Extended fire services, council compensation and several major new commercial and residential development plans are on the agenda for Thursday night’s Taylor City Council meeting. At the Council’s regular meeting July 27, city leaders will revisit a dormant controversy by receiving a compensation committee’s recommendation for a proposed pay raise, but this time the recommendation will be far less than the proposed increase from $25 to $1,200$1,500 per month that city leaders voted down last year in the face of public pressure. 07/26/2023 07:18 AM
