Taylor Independent School District school trustees will begin the process of selecting a replacement for Superintendent Devin Padavil at their July 24 meeting. City seeks to expedite industrial permitting
City leaders are paving the way for new industrial businesses associated with Samsung Austin Semiconductor to get up and running at lightning speed. At the July 13 Taylor City Council meeting, development services officials introduced Ordinance 2023-30 to amend the subdivision ordinance to allow the municipality to issue building permits prior to accepting the related infrastructure in order to expedite large-scale projects hoping to set up shop in the shadow of Samsung. 07/22/2023 05:47 AM
