HUTTO — The Hutto Police Department Tuesday released the names of six men charged during a multi-agency child exploitation operation conducted Aug. 22-23.

The accused were booked into the Williamson County Jail in Georgetown, according to court records.

The defendants and their corresponding charges, according to Hutto police, include:

• Aaron Menard, 37, of Hutto — attempted sexual performance by a child.

• Calvin Austin, 29, of Round Rock — attempted sexual performance by a child.

• Scott MacNutt, 55, of Georgetown — online solicitation of a minor.

• Victor Villa Ramirez, 28, of Pflugerville — online solicitation of a minor.

• Farshad Engameh, 43, of Leander — online solicitation of a minor.

• Jesus Soria, 34, of Round Rock — online solicitation of a minor.

Bond for all six was set at $100,000 each.

The original charge filed against Menard was trafficking of a child younger than 14, but that was upgraded to attempted sexual performance of a child, according to investigators.

He posted bond and was released from confinement Aug. 25, according to jail records.

Austin, who was initially accused of trafficking persons, had his charge upgraded to attempted sexual performance by a child, said Hutto police.

Except for Menard, the other five remained behind bars Tuesday.

Officers said the investigation is continuing, adding charges could be amended or additional ones could be filed.
