Rogers F (Sonny) Scruggs, of Thrall, went to be with the Lord Nov. 17, 2022. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Sonny was born in Bastrop County Feb. 6, 1935, to Horace and Lois (Cole) Scruggs.
