Lifeguards honored for rescue
Two lifeguards lived up to their namesake and were recently recognized as lifesavers. On June 23, YMCA lifeguards Sydney Branson and Landon Mikulencak were recognized at the Taylor City Council meeting for saving a life in the pool of the Doris Roznovak Aquatic Center in Taylor earlier this summer. 07/02/2022 11:12 AM

Taylor, county issue firework restrictions
There will be fireworks in the sky over Williamson County this weekend, but most residents are not allowed to launch the pyrotechnics themselves. Local cities’ and county officials have each issued statements on what restrictions are in place regarding fireworks as the Fourth of July approaches. 07/02/2022 11:12 AM
