Do I have text neck?
Do I have text neck?
For more than 20 years I have been seeing patients with neck problems, however within the last 5 to 7 years a new situation has arisen that is being seen in numbers much higher than previously. Today society has caused individuals to become more sedentary and in a continuous or chronic Forward Head Posture (FHP). This often times leads to a condition that is now known as Text Neck. 10/08/2022 08:57 AM

Every time I am at Good Strangers, I feel like home. And I can tell other people sitting there chatting with their friends feel the same. It’s a great place to meet or just to pause. The locally roasted coffee is my favorite of course but overall, it’s the loving environment that always brings me back. 10/08/2022 08:57 AM

Hutto native builds on Seabees 80-year legacy
GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI – Eighty years ago, members of Navy Construction Battalions were fittingly nicknamed, “Seabees,” a play on the C and B initials. They are responsible for building military bases and airfields, supporting humanitarian efforts and conducting underwater construction projects. Constructionman Alina Townsend, a Hutto native, is one of those sailors. Townsend is continuing a family tradition of military service. 10/05/2022 11:34 AM
