The Taylor Lions Club donates a TV to Sirloin Stockade in Taylor July 1. The club donated a 65-inch Samsung smart TV for Sirloin Stockade’s meeting room. What’s your favorite crape myrtle tree color – purple, pink, red or white? Crape myrtle trees, also spelled ‘crepe’ myrtle because the flowers resemble crepe paper, have been described as beautiful, long-blooming trees that sometimes suffer damage from an insect called bark scales. Herman’s Son Lodge in Coupland and some family members spent the morning dressing up the cemetery. Members placed small U.S. flags on each grave.
