Did you know that roughly 77% of car drivers have been in at least one accident? And many of times injuries may go undetected until months to years after that accident. It is not uncommon for one to notice days after the accident that you get sorer and achier. Common symptoms seen clinically after a collision is muscle tightness in the neck and back, frequently noted with decreased mobility, headaches, restless sleep, mentally foggy, and even radiating pain and tingling into the extremities.
