What’s your favorite crape myrtle tree color – purple, pink, red or white? Crape myrtle trees, also spelled ‘crepe’ myrtle because the flowers resemble crepe paper, have been described as beautiful, long-blooming trees that sometimes suffer damage from an insect called bark scales. The Taylor Lions Club donates a TV to Sirloin Stockade in Taylor July 1. The club donated a 65-inch Samsung smart TV for Sirloin Stockade’s meeting room.
