Rosie Rodriguez, age 87, of Temple, passed from this life during the late-night hours Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital. She was born June 26, 1935, in San Antonio to parents Austacio and Guadalupe Rodriguez (Castro). Rosie has been a resident of Temple for the past 17 years. Advent fair Nov. 12 at St. John Lutheran Church in Bartlett
St. John’s Lutheran Church will host its 43 annual Advent Fair from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at the church, located at 30650 State Highway 95, one mile north of Bartlett. At the fair, visitors can enjoy a silent and live auction, which will start at 6 p.m., featuring hand-made and donated items for holiday gifts, including quilts, wreaths, wood projects and more.
