Election set for bond and council candidates
COUPLAND – On the Nov. 8 ballot, there are three Coupland City Council places up for election. There are five candidates for these places. Incumbents are Barbara Piper and John Roulston-Bates. New candidates are Victoria Gonzalez, Russell Schmidt and Ruby Wabbel.
